  • With Local Pick Up you can come in the store and do exchange a receipt is required for all exchanges
  • When its via courier, We will replace the product with another copy of the same product, and will courier it to you
  • If another copy of the same product is not available, we will refund the full amount of the purchase.
  • although every effort is made to ensure stock is available, circumstances beyond either our, or our supplier’s control may cause delays, but we will always endeavor to provide the stock within the shortest time period
